👍 AB 1633 (Ting): A Fix for Bad-faith CEQA-related Delays

👍 AB 1449 (Alvarez): Faster Affordable Housing Approvals

👍 AB 309 (Lee): Social Housing

👍 AB 894 (Friedman): Shared Parking

👍 ACA 1 (Aguiar-Curry): Money for Housing & Public Infrastructure

👍 AB 1287 (Alvarez): Moderate Income Density Bonus

👍 AB 976 (Ting): Extend Incentives for Accessory Dwelling Units

Say THANK YOU to our pro-housing legislators

Urge the Governor to sign these KEY housing bills:

SB 423: Ask the governor to sign one of the most important bills of 2023. SB 423 passed the Assembly and the Senate with bipartisan support. Now we need your help to ensure Governor Newsom signs it into law.Send a message today directly to the Governor: Sign SB 423!

AB 976: One of the most successful efforts to build more housing in California is the Accessory Dwelling Unit. If Governor Newsom signs AB 976 into law, it will make permanent a key policy that has encouraged the growth of these affordable homes across the state.Send a message today directly to the Governor: Sign AB 976!

AB 1633: AB 1633 passed out of the legislature, but opponents are mobilizing to urge the Governor to veto it. We need your help to show the Governor that Californians support this bill. Can you call and ask Governor Newsom to sign AB 1633?
